By using this website or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or purchase our offerings.

You may use this website only for lawful, personal purposes.

Coaching and Educational Information
Profound Wellness provides coaching services and educational information intended to support personal, professional, and wellness related growth.

A client relationship begins only after a service has been accepted and any required booking, payment, intake process, or client agreement has been completed.

Personal Responsibility and Results
You are responsible for your own choices, actions, decisions, and results.
Profound Wellness does not guarantee any specific health, wellness, personal, professional, financial, or business outcome. Testimonials and client experiences represent individual results and do not guarantee that another person will achieve the same outcome.
Purchases and Payments
Purchases may be processed through Practice Better, Stripe or another payment provider.

By making a purchase, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Certain services, programs, memberships, courses, events, or digital products may be subject to additional terms shown on the relevant sales page, checkout page, Practice Better platform, booking page, or separate client agreement. These additional terms form part of these Terms and apply to that purchase.

Unless otherwise stated in writing or required by law, payments are nonrefundable once coaching services, program access, membership access, event participation, or digital content have begun or been provided.
Memberships and Recurring Payments
When you join a recurring membership, the price and billing frequency will be presented before purchase.

By enrolling, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge your selected payment method at the stated intervals until the membership is cancelled.

Cancellation applies to future payments and does not automatically provide a refund for previous payments or any current billing period.

To cancel a recurring membership, use the cancellation option provided through the relevant platform or contact meg@profoundwellness.net before your next billing date.
Bookings, Programs and Events
Cancellation, rescheduling, attendance, payment plan, and missed session terms may be provided through the relevant booking page, sales page, Practice Better platform, or client agreement.

Profound Wellness may make reasonable changes to schedules, facilitators, locations, delivery methods, content, or program structures when necessary.

If Profound Wellness cancels a paid service or event without providing a suitable alternative, an appropriate credit or refund may be offered.
Group Programs and Communities
Participants in memberships, masterminds, workshops, courses, and group coaching spaces must treat other participants respectfully and protect the privacy of information shared within the group.

You must not record sessions or share another participant’s personal information, comments, images, recordings, or experiences without their permission.
​
Although participants are expected to respect confidentiality, Profound Wellness cannot guarantee that every participant will do so.

Profound Wellness may remove anyone whose conduct is abusive, harmful, disruptive, unlawful, or seriously violates these Terms. Removal due to serious misconduct may occur without a refund, where permitted by law.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all website content and materials provided by Profound Wellness are owned by or licensed to Profound Wellness LLC.

This includes text, graphics, branding, photographs, videos, audio recordings, courses, worksheets, workbooks, presentations, downloads, program materials, and other resources.

You may use purchased or downloaded materials for your own personal use only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, share, sell, license, publish, teach from, modify, or create competing materials from our content without written permission.
Purchasing a service or product does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property to you.

Website Availability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Profound Wellness LLC will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of the website, its content, or any offering.

Where liability cannot be excluded, the total liability of Profound Wellness will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service or product connected with the claim.
